The platform
When constructing a settlement, you want to know how much your client can borrow, and whether the mortgage payments will be affordable
Our aim is to make the whole mortgage process easier, giving more control* to the solicitor, whilst driving down costs.
From within the platform:

- Update as often as you need, for FREE
- Reports uploaded within 48hrs
- Fully court compliant, prepared and certified by independent, whole of market brokers
- Request mortgage capacity reports for both parties

*You control the numbers used in the mortgage report application, but the client always approves the application before it is submitted.
** A £50 + VAT fee is charged when you add your client to the system, giving you access to all the platforms functionality; any mortgage related costs are in addition. If you do not request a max mortgage capacity report, and go straight to a DIP / Offer, a £150 +VAT charge will be incurred
